This is my first post here at the Rx, so I am happy I can put in my 2 cents right off the bat.
I know there are alot of sites that contain this info. Here's another one to add to the list: www.sportsinsights.com
They have a free section as well as a pay section...free info is pretty good.
As for how/if to use it...I think it depends on how you want to use this info. Some people follow the money, others take the opposite approach and bet against the money. Different sites capture information from different sportsbooks, so it is all relative
IMO, it is not a deciding factor in how I cap a game. I think of it more as a fyi, rather than a big piece of info that I use.
